This first week is about landing. Creating safety in the body. Letting the nervous system know it’s okay to exhale here. The focus is on regulation, presence, and belonging—so she doesn’t feel like she needs to “do” anything to be worthy of being here.

– Nervous system settling and grounding
– Embodied safety and self-trust
– Releasing urgency and pressure
– Remembering: I am allowed to take up space here

Once safety is established, identity begins to soften and reorganize. This week gently explores who she is beneath roles, expectations, and old narratives. Not a full reinvention—just a remembering.

– Releasing outdated self-definitions
