Hadassah Bauer is a Certified Transformation Life Coach with specialized training in somatic work, Inner Child healing, IFS (Internal Family Systems), and Gottman Level 2 Couples Counseling. She’s also a speaker and course creator passionate about empowering women over 40 to rediscover their identity, reignite their passions, and step boldly into a fulfilling next chapter.

After years as a stay-at-home, homeschooling mother of seven, Hadassah felt the growing call of “What about me?” She answered it by challenging herself to become a triathlete—pushing her physical and mental limits to uncover new strength, courage, and purpose. That pivotal reinvention transformed her into a coach, speaker, and business owner dedicated to guiding other women through their own powerful second acts.
